My inner game can sometimes be a wreck but I find that going to the gym(lifting weights) and also taking sometype of martial arts really helps with this. My biggest thing is finding time to do these things when your also practicing game 3-4 times a week. I find that when you are not feeling like going to the gym or practicing your game to just relax a little and read a self help book, something on self discipline and how to reach your goals, this will get you motivated and give you tools to get back in the gym and practicing your game. What do you guys think? Also my favorite books or tools for inner game=The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle, The Way Of Being by Matador from Revelations. The second one really made me able to allow things to happen rather than always pushing for an outcome, it made me release expectation and become an all around more easygoing person while still holding onto my goals dreams and desires. I really reccomend that article. Cheers.

Solid routine you got there. Gym and martial arts can be your inner game MVPs. But let's talk balance. Juggling all this—game, gym, self-improvement—it's intense. Ever felt stretched thin? How do you maintain that balance without burning out? Also, those book recommendations are gold

Yea, it's alot and all I can say is it is possible. If you think about it there are bouncers at clubs who manage to work night and still do bodybuilding competitions during the season. The most important thing to remember is to allow some rest, if your'e really too tired to hit the gym then take a day off and plan an extra workout later in the week, no excuses because if you went out but you still got enough sleep you should be able to hit the gym. That's how I do it atleast.
