This is pretty basic stuff but it works well. Imagine, positive things. Get into the right mood, and anchor it by pressing your thumb with the middle finger. Do this a couple of times at its peak and it is good to fire of by the trigger whenever and where ever you need a boost.

You can also use some object to make a talisman for such a charm.
1. First, choose some chrystal, a necklace or a ring. It could be something that already resonates with the intention you want to set.
2. Then, cleanse it. By holding it under water especially from a creek or fountain. You can wave it through sage bundle smoke or leave it under the full moon.
3. Charge your talisman. Spend at least a few moments meditating on the object of your desire. Worry and uncertainty are enemies of magick. Therefore, most magicians recommend that you phrase your intention in a positive way. Get excited about your intention—get really, really excited! When you feel that the energy has reached its peak (or that the talisman can’t hold anymore), seal it off with a gesture. A kiss, a song, or “So mote it be.”Give thanks, and begin wearing your activated talisman.
4. You can also re-charge it after a while.
This is a simple spell, there are much more you can do to empower the ritual.

So i did this myself to help me stop smoking and, on the other hand, i anchored a negative response. I used it to associate a repulsive feeling unto smokin.. how it felt, how it smelled etc. After a while, i started to feel ill about smoking whenever i thought about it and that feeling just grew and grew. But, then it started to f*ck with my brain a bit becuse i accitentally touched my fingers that way unintentionally. It was as if i was playin with the of/on switch with a lamp, turning it on and of, on and of.. So, i did a little experiment. I, decided that, for a time i chose, the triggers wouldnt work no matter how many times i touched the anchor on any of my hands. First, it still had a small effect aobut it becuse it had become a habit but it stopped. But then when i perceeded to use the triggers again, it started to work and i was not too surprised, that it even got better becuse the experiment was a success and i now had it "under control". So i continued to not smmoke by starting to hate everything about it that i could come up with by firing of the one on the left hand, and then the right one to think of my best thoughts and feel good about NOT smoking. The freshness of the air, more money saved in my pocket.. and just other things i felt generally happy about.
