I have heard that the one holding the frame is "the man" so to speak.
"Frame control refers to the body of skills and attitudes with which you control social interactions and interpersonal relationships. When you have frame control, people are “playing by your rules”. They accept your frame, your values, your morals, and your presuppositions."
"In terms of human interaction, frame refers to the meaning you place on a particular interaction and how you define what is going on. Emotionally, frame is experienced as confidence, assertiveness, and self-composure."
I thought this was interesting. The question i have is, the one who does this, is it typically an alpha? How do we measure who has the strongest framework? My guess is that it depends on the situation. But i wonder what the common thread is.

"A MASCULINE frame, in its simplest form, is a mental and emotional structure that a man builds within himself. It is a set of attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors that reflect a man's confidence, self-respect, and leadership."

Basically, the “frame” of meaning we put around a given life experience can dramatically alter our experience of that event. (For better or for worse.) Says another source

How does one use it in the art of pick up and seduction? If you developed those masculine qualities, wouldn't they naturally come across when you are around people?

It may be naturally appealing qualities. It may be developed qualities. Depending on the quality, it could be reflected in either your actions or presence. If you have leadership qualities, that's your actions. If you have a masculine physique...that's your presence.

It's about confidence, assertiveness, and adaptability. Strength varies by situation, and it's not about dominance but guiding interactions with authenticity and confidence. The common thread is self-assurance and clear communication.
