Hey guys. So I am going to back the gym since I quit about two years ago. I forgot many things and I need some help. If there's anyone that's got a good training schedule that I could borrow that would be great! (I'll make the proper adjustments to it if that's the case) Thanks!

Yeah. Tell me your 1 rep max on bench, squat and deadlift and I can give you a program. And be honest, otherwise you're stealing from your own pocket.

Buy Serious Strength Training by Tudo Bompa. I've been training 20+ years, this book helped me bust through my plateaus 4 years ago. It does use periodization and your program builds from your 1 rep max. Very practical advice and well referenced.

@r.C 1 rep max on bench used to be 110 kg. It's surely down to like 90 now. @n2 thanks for the tip!
