I can't at the moment do MMA and the gym. I like martial arts but can't afford both. Got sick this weekend, no COVID I hop, but I know the results Friday. So if I'm feeling better on Monday I will start going to the gym, or the weekend after. I've taken pics. of myself from all angles, and I've measured my main body parts. My goal is to lose weight first, and then gain it back in muscle. So I will eat healthy and not overeat, and I will run for about 30-45 min. in the morning and will do 30-45 min. at the gym after weight training. 8 weeks after starting I will change my program a bit and take new pics. and measurements, I will also weigh myself asap, it's time to get this part of my life handled!

BTW, my opinion is try to eat pretty clean, work out 2-3 per week with weights, and then try to do cardio 3-4 days per week. At the end of the day, calories in vs calories out is going to make the biggest difference. I do not think you need to go for a bodybuilder look, but I think most women just don't want you to be a slob.

Hello, interesting to see this post now. Since COVID I've gotten into great shape, over the holidays I've gotten sick but only took a week off so far. Once I start again with the diet and working out the correct way I'm sure I will look as I did before the holiday's and this is legimately good enough to do a bodybuilding competition. There is one in May which gives me 5 months to stick it out and see if I can do well. Thanks for the time!
