There are push ups, regular sit ups and lay on your back and lift up your legs (you can also do this not just up and down but also to the sides). I dont know what its called but do opposite of sit ups for the back. Lay down on your stomach, hands behand your head then lift yourself up, stay there for a sec or two and then down. You can also do this with your legs by lifting them up instead of your torso. For the legs, stand up and go up and down. And last one is to take a step forth and back, then do the same with your other leg. If you wish, theres an exercise for the neck as well. Lay on your back and go up and down with your head. then have your head a bit in the air, just above the ground and go from ear to shoulder. Last one, turn your head from side to side.

Write this again but with this format.
(Workout) #reps for #sets. (Rest for #)
I found your post easy to get lost/ confused.

Its difficult to write how many reps, sets and rest there should be. Its very personal. Do as many you can, rest as much as you need.

Im no expert on the subjust but these are a few of the exercises ive picked up over the years as i practised martial arts. My goal, is to sweat and get my heart pumping. I love the feeling i get after a good workout, and it lasts all day. I would say, do as many reps as you can. Rest a minute or two in between the exercises. When you get stronger, do more reps and/or more sets. I like to do all of these exercises, from beginning to the end as i wrote down, then do them all over again.
